A big family

"The theatre department is my baby, I will look after it as much as I possibly can. I'm very much in control. I know what my staff need, I know what the consultants need and ultimately I know what the patients need. I've got a very good team right now, kind, willing to do anything, we all get on it's a like a big family. We do appreciate each other but at the same time we do take the mickey out of eachother!"
