A great opportunity

Meet Chloe Weir, People Services Administrator at our Epsom Support Centre. Chloe joined us 2 years ago in the remote services team, responding to queries, then moved over to the People Services team where she’ll be progressing to a senior role next month! Follow her journey with us so far.

Tell us about your career progression at Nuffield Health?

I started off in the Remote Services Team responding to beneficiaries’ email and phone queries on our ALP service. I then applied for the People Administrator role with the PSC team 1 year ago and moved over to the recruitment team for the South Region working with hiring managers and TAMs to ensure recruitment processes were completed correctly and in a timely manner. In October 2023 I then moved over to the Projects team where I manage both recruitment and onboarding for the Contact Centre, Academy Health and Wellbeing Physiologists, Agency to Permanent New Starters, Apprentice Personal Trainers and Irish New Starters. From 1st of July I will be moving over to the Helpdesk team within PSC as a Senior People Administrator.

Tell us about the team you work in?

The Recruitment and Onboarding Team are one of the most supportive teams I have had the pleasure of working in. From my fellow admins through to the senior management team. Everyone is always happy to help and support you, in day-to-day tasks as well as progression through the charity. Working in the projects team has been a great opportunity to network with others in the charity I may not normally interact with and they are always so pleasant and willing to help get things actioned.

Why did you choose to work at Nuffield Health?

I chose to work at Nuffield Health as they’re a well-established charity with deep rooted history in health care and great CARE values. It’s refreshing to work for a body that cares so much for the nations health and gives back.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Nuffield Health?

They provide great health benefits such as a free gym membership and health assessments.

What are your career highlights?

Progressing to the Projects team where I have been able to assist in the streamlining of processes involved. Being nominated and winning 3 We CARE awards this year.
