Tell us about your career progression at Nuffield Health?
I started working within the gym as a fitness advisor before taking on roles such as a program manager at a fitness site in Edinburgh as well as Amsterdam as a secondment. I then moved on to work as a health mentor. I then progressed into the clinical world as a health and wellbeing physiologist which I have worked for a few years and more recently moved into the mental health team as a psychological wellbeing practitioner working from home 3 days and 1 day as a physiologist.
Tell us about the team you work in?
The team I work with within mental health is very supportive and encouraging which is very helpful considering I spend a lot of time working remotely. This support can be invaluable at times and greatly appreciated.
Why did you choose to work at Nuffield Health?
I chose Nuffield health initially years ago because I liked the concept of joined up health with clinics/gym/physiotherapy/mental health etc.
What’s your favourite thing about working at Nuffield Health?
I really enjoy the working flexibility and the good people I work with daily.
What are your career highlights to date?
