Meet Neethu Sukumaran, People Services Administrator at our Epsom Head Office. Neethu shares the highlights of her journey from joining as a candidate coordinator in 2021 to present.

Tell us about your career progression at Nuffield Health?

I started in Nuffield health as a Candidate Coordinator in 2021. I was helping and supporting Talent Acquisition Managers in arranging Interviews and providing effective administrative support within the team. The experience I gained from this role is incredibly valuable. I have always been supported by my manager and the whole team.

By October 2023, I moved to PSC Team as a People Administrator. Initially I was part of the Recruitment team and later I moved to Onboarding. This role is very interesting because every day we are learning something new which is great. The training they provided me with, helped me to develop my skills and ability.

1:1 Supervisions held by the Team Leaders and Seniors also helped me to improve myself and grow in confidence towards my objectives.

Tell us about the team you work in?

The team I work in is supportive. What I specifically like in the team is, during periods of absence the team is looking after all the cases and helping each other during busy times.
