I am team leader in the hospitals bookings team one of 7 teams now in service centre which is constantly expanding with new opportunities as demand for hospital bookings grows
Why did you choose to work at Nuffield Health?
Nuffield health is a charity, this appealed to me on joining as I didn’t want to work for a corporate machine or retail sector where you can be just a number.

Nuffield health is a fair and supportive environment to work in that puts its people first and provides ample opportunity to develop and grow.
What is your career highlight/s?
Helping shape people’s careers and futures and working to create a more efficient service centre through better understanding of IT issues.
Tell us about your career progression at Nuffield Health?
I started as a bookings agent on our Referral Support team back in 2017 before 8 months later becoming team leader of the team then making my way to team leader of a hospitals team a year later.
