Meet Miriam Barros, Early Years Assistant at our Stoke Poges Nuffy Bear Nursery. Miriam joined the team 8 years ago, initially drawn to our vision of providing a healthy start, something she feels passionatly about.

Tell us about the team you work in?

The team I work with feel more like family. We strive to provide the best education for our children, filling their day with awe and wonder.

Why did you choose to work at Nuffield Health?

Nuffield’s vision of providing a healthy start really drew me in as that is something I feel passionate about.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Nuffield Health?

Fitness and well-being is a huge passion of mine along with providing children the best start in life. Working at Nuffield Health enables me to work in both industries.

What is your career highlight?

Being nominated for a national nursery award.

How do you use your employee benefits?

I frequently use the fitness and well-being services and I was able to bring my son to the nursery when I came back from maternity leave.
